BAKED SLICED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place slices in ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.

In a small bowl, combine butter, onion salt and lemon pepper. Pour over potatoes; toss. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn potato slices, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are slightly crispy and browned on the edges. 4 servings.
