CAROB BALLS 
Heat until warm:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter

Add and stir well:

2/3 c. carob powder
1/2 c. nut milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Remove from heat and add:

3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. wheat germ

Form into balls 3/4 inch. Roll in coconut (optional). Store in airtight container in refrigerator to keep from drying out.
