CURRY CREAM CHICKEN 
2 lg. skinless chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
1 celery stalk
2 tsp. curry powder

MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE:

1/2 stick butter, melted
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3 c. milk

Boil chicken breast until well cooked in the onion and celery. After chicken is cooked cut chicken breasts in cubes.

Make in double boiler: Melt butter. Add flour until mixture is smooth. Add the milk, continue stirring. Stir in chicken cubes into white sauce. Mix in curry powder. Continue stirring until there are no lumps.
