CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. regular crab meat
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Crumbs
Butter
Sprinkle of parsley flakes and paprika (optional)

Mix first 8 ingredients; place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter. A sprinkle of parsley flakes and paprika on top of bread crumbs before baking gives a nice touch of color. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
