CRAB DIP 
7 1/2 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 sm. minced onion
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce (Texas Pete)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix well; refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Other ingredients can be used such as parsley, celery leaves, pimento, horseradish, garlic, chives, etc.
