STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin (dry)
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs

Combine cake mix, gelatin, oil, milk, strawberries, coconut and pecans. Mix in four eggs, one at a time. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans and bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350°F oven.

Frosting for Strawberry Cake:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add more sugar, if needed for spreading consistency. Combine other ingredients. Use half of this mixture for frosting, reserving other half for decorating top and sides of cake. Spread frosting between layers and frost tops and sides.
