ANGEL FOOD CANDY 
1 cup white sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. baking soda

Boil sugar, syrup and vinegar until syrup reaches 300°F on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add baking soda. Pour on a buttered cookie sheet. When hard, break in pieces and dip into melted chocolate.
