LENTILS AND PASTA 
1 lb. elbows
1/2 lb. lentils (dry))
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
Garlic salt to taste
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add tomatoes. Simmer about 1/2 hour.

Boil lentils in water until tender. Drain and add to tomatoes. Simmer about 15 minutes.

Prepare elbows, drain. Add tomatoes and lentils mixture. Add garlic to taste.
