OREO ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (or other favorite flavor)
1 lg. jar fudge sauce (or peanut butter)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Save 2/3 cup crushed Oreos for top. Place remaining in bowl and add melted butter; mix together. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Freeze 10 minutes.

Spread softened ice cream over crumbs and freeze 15 minutes. Spread fudge sauce on ice cream and freeze another 15 minutes. Then spread Cool Whip on top and the 2/3 cup crushed Oreos. Cover, then serve.
