CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
4 egg whites
2 chocolate cookie crumb crusts
Chocolate curls

Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Melt chocolate chips and blend with cream cheese. Fold in whipped cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold gently into chocolate mixture. Fill crusts and garnish with chocolate bar curls.
