DEVILED CRAB | |
1 lb. crab meat, white and/or claw mixed, finely chopped 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 tsp. onion, finely chopped 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. pepper Salt to taste 1/2 c. Goldemn Dipt Tartar Sauce 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. mustard Worcestershire sauce to taste Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Stuff into crab shapes or shape into patties. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Golden Dipt Tartar Sauce. |
