BUTTERSCOTCH BREAD 
2 (1 lb.) loaves white bread
1 pkg. (3 oz.) butterscotch instant pudding
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Thaw bread. Cut into 1 inch cubes with scissors. Mix together remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Grease pans and put in layer of bread dough. Then layer of remaining ingredients, top with layer of bread. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Use loaf or bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
