1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
1 (4 serving) box instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs

Mix well and bake at 300 degrees. Do not remove from pan.

ICING:

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. water
1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Stick fork in cake and spoon icing over cake while warm.
