TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion
3 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can lima beans
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
1 can Hominy, drained
3 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans

Fry lean hamburger, drain off fat and put in large pan on stove. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Top with a package of sharp cheddar cheese and serve with taco chips.
