LEMON CAKE 
Cake:

1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Glaze:

4 tbsp. ReaLemon juice or the juice of 2 fresh lemons
2 c. confectioners sugar

Dissolve package of lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool. Beat eggs and add to the vegetable oil. Beat together and add Jell-O. Next, add lemon cake mix. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. When the cake is baked, remove from oven and prick the entire top of the cake with a fork. (There should be numerous punctures in the cake.)

Mix the lemon juice with the confectioners sugar. (You may add hot water to make glaze the correct consistency if it is too thick.) Pour glaze over cake while cake is still hot.
