RED CHICKEN STEW 
1 chicken
2 onions, chopped
1 bottle catsup (small)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Water to cover chicken generously

Boil chicken and add salt and pepper. Debone chicken. Save stock. Add onions, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Simmer. Add chicken and continue to simmer until thick enough to serve over rice.
