CHRUSCIKI 
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pt. cream
1/2 whiskey glass of whiskey (approx. 3/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 c. flour
Cooking oil for deep fat frying

Mix all ingredients together. Add flour until dough is stiff and not sticky. Roll dough thin and cut into strips about 2 1/2 inches wide. Cut these strips into 3 inch pieces. Cut small slit in center and turn inside out. Fry in fat then turn over and fry other side. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
