CHICKEN ON A GRILL 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. Crisco
Garlic powder
Pepper
Salt

Make a paste of butter, Crisco, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on both sides of chicken. Make pockets under chicken skin and put some of the paste inside skin.

Wrap chicken tightly in foil and cook until almost done. Remove foil and brown until cooked all the way through. Serves 6.
