1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix first 5 ingredients according to directions on cake mix box. Back in round cake pans according to directions on cake mix box. Cool on racks.

TOPPING:

1 med. can crushed pineapple
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. coconut

Mix first 4 ingredients and cook until thick. Add coconut and stir. Spread on cake.
