HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN 
3-5 lb. broiler-fryer cut in serving pieces
1 c. honey
1 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. melted butter

Wash chicken pieces; pat dry with paper towels. Arrange chicken in oven pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over chicken 2 or 3 times during baking.
