CHICKEN AND SHRIMP SOUP 
1 whole chicken
1 lb. med. shrimp, peeled
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2-3 sticks carrots, scraped and diced
2 Irish potatoes, peeled and diced (optional)
1 box frozen okra
4 to 5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pod of fresh garlic salt, black pepper and seasoning salt (seasoned to desired
taste)
Cooking oil

Cover whole chicken with water in large covered pot, add salt. Cook until done. Saute onions, bell peppers, celery and fresh garlic in oil. Once chicken is done remove from pot and remove all bones and skin from chicken. Cut chicken into chunks. Add bouillon cubes into pot with broth that chicken was cooked in. Once cubes have dissolved add cream of chicken soup, letting it dissolve into broth. Afterwards add potatoes, carrots, and okra. Let cook until almost done then add sauteed ingredients along with shrimp. Add seasonings to desired taste and cook for about 5 more minutes or until shrimp are done.
