CHEESE MIX FOR FRENCH 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 loaf garlic bread
Italian seasoning
Romano cheese
Parmesan cheese

Split in half the garlic bread. Spread with cheese mixture sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Romano and Parmesan cheese. Bake in foil at 400 degrees until lightly brown and bubbly (approximately 15 to 20 minutes.)

Very quick and easy to do. Yummy!
