SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
2 (1 lb.) cans kraut, drained & snipped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped & drained
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients and chill.
