KEY LIME PIE 
1 can condensed milk
5 egg yolks
3 oz. key lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt
5 egg whites
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
10 inch graham cracker crust
Unsweetened whipped cream
Chocolate cookie crumbs

Mix first 4 ingredients and stir until smooth, but do not beat. Whip the egg whites until firm, gradually add sugar and vanilla until it stands in peaks. Fold into first mixture and put into pie shell while fluffy. Put in freezer immediately. Add a thin layer of unsweetened whipped cream and cookie crumbs when serving.
