KEY LIME CAKE 
1 box lemon pudding cake mix
4 lg. eggs
1 c. water
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. key lime juice

Use lasagna pan - more batter than normal cake mix. Grease and flour pan. Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cake springs back when done. Let cool.

TOPPING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. key lime juice

Poke about 20 holes in cake with ice pick, drizzle topping. Enjoy your sweet-tart cake.
