IRISH SODA BREAD 
4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
2 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients together first. Then add raisins and milk. Batter will be very sticky. Pour into 1 regular loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans or form into round loaf on a cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
