SKIDNEY BEANS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. green peppers, diced
2 lg. cans fancy red kidney beans
1 lb. Kraft American cheese singles
1 sm. bottle Hunts catsup

In a large pot, brown ground beef then drain off excess fat. On medium heat, stir in onions, green peppers and kidney beans. Add cheese. After cheese has melted add catsup to taste. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over toast with butter.
