SHRIMP PASTA 
1 lb. linguini, cooked
1 lb. med. shrimp, cooked (or sm. scallops)
1 lb. feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled
4 tomatoes in sm. chunks
6 scallions or 1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper

Mix together all ingredients except pasta. Let stand at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, add linguini. Can be served hot or cold. Serves 4.
