STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DELIGHT 
3 c. crushed pretzels
1 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Combine crushed pretzels, butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar; flatten out in 9"x13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

Beat softened cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over crust and refrigerate until set. Boil the water and dissolve Jello in it. Add frozen strawberries. Mix until berries separate. Let set slightly. Pour over cream cheese mixture; refrigerate until set.
