PUMPKIN WALNUT BREAD 
3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin, cooked, drained and mashed (or 1-16 oz. can)
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
2 lg. eggs
2 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 9x5x3 pans. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.

In large bowl mix at medium speed sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
