PINEAPPLE ALMOND DESSERT 
1 white cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. oil
4 egg whites
1 c. toasted coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

In large bowl put all ingredients except coconut. Beat at low speed with mixer 1 minute then on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost with any white frosting or whipped cream, topping with 1/2 cup toasted coconut and 1/3 cup slivered almonds.
