LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb, 5-6 lb.
6 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut 6 deep slits in the meat and insert pieces of garlic down in the meat. Rub with pepper and salt. Rub in olive oil. Put in deep baking pan and add water. Then cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Check to see if meat is done and moist. Do not cook until dry.
