CABBAGE ROLLS 
1/2 cup rice - boil 15 minutes and drain. Add about 3/4 pound ground round steak, salt, pepper and onion. Cook cabbage until soft. Peel off leaves and roll tightly around round steak mixture and boil in salt water for 2 hours. Add can of tomatoes or tomato soup, about 15 minutes before cooked. Use toothpicks to secure cabbage rolls if needed.
