ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
3 1/2 to 4 oz. coconut
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Add lemon juice to milk; let stand 15 minutes. Cream together next 5 ingredients and sour milk in mixer. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa. With wooden spoon, mix into creamed mixture, add zucchini. Mix well. Grease a 10x13x2 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut in pan; pat down.

Pour batter over coconut. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Cool 2 hours before cutting.
