CRUNCHY CHICKEN SQUARES | |
4-5 pieces chicken, deboned 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. milk 4 tbsp. minced onion 4 pkg. crescent rolls (8 per pkg.) Salt and pepper Blend cream cheese, butter and milk until smooth. Add onion, salt and pepper. Add mixture to chicken and continue to mix with beaters until a smooth chicken salad. Cut crescent rolls apart. Put 1 teaspoon on each and roll up. Since I do this recipe by taste you may add anything like pimento, green pepper, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. If mixture is too thick, add milk or butter. To make meal, use 4 rolls, 2 on top and 2 on bottom. Seal edges. |
