CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 med. eggs, beaten
1 jar Ragu homestyle
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken in eggs, then bread crumbs, brown in oil. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Pour Ragu sauce over chicken, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice or pasta. Serves 6-8.
