SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed style corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix together. Place in greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
