GREEN SALAD 
3 c. spinach
4 stalks celery sliced
1/2 green pepper
1 lg. cucumber
1/2 head lettuce
1 bunch chopped scallions
1/3 c. French dressing
6 lg. sliced olives
1 medium sliced avocado

Clean, wash, rinse and drain first 6 ingredients. Tear lettuce and spinach into pieces. Add celery green pepper and cucumbers toss together with dressing. Garnish with avocado and olives. You may substitute with dressing of choice.
