PASTA FAGIOLI 
1 can Progresso cannellini beans
4 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
Olive oil
Mixed pasta - all assortments

Cut in slices both the onion and celery.

In a pot, add water generously and cook until onion and celery get soft, at least 3/4 of an hour. Add cannellini beans.

Put in 3 large spoonfuls of olive oil. Cook for a little while.

Cook pasta separately and place on a plate, then add to the beans cooked heretofore.
