POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (9 oz.) jar Chun King sweet sour sauce
10 sm. green onions, cut in 1" pieces
1 lg. tomato, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Cooked rice

Cut each chicken breast into 3 to 4 pieces. Cook chicken about 5 minutes in large skillet with hot oil. Add sweet and sour sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Add green onions, tomato and almonds. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
