MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. uncooked rice (I use minute rice)
1 lb. ground round steak
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sage
1 can (16 oz.) tomato juice

Mix all of above ingredients well. Make walnut size meat balls and put into baking dish. Pour tomato juice over meat balls. Cover and bake in moderate oven 1 1/2 hours.
