7-UP SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
1-3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-UP
1 can Del Monte tropical fruit salad
1 can crushed pineapple

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 box Dream Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7-UP. When it starts to thicken add the fruit and pineapple. Refrigerate until set. Cook the topping and let cool. Combine Dream Whip with topping. Place on top of Jello mixture.

NOTE: 1 cup small marshmallows may be substituted for sugar after dressing is cooked but still hot.
