PANNE LIVER ITALIAN | |
6 slices calf liver thin 1 sleeve saltine crackers, rolled into crumbs Egg wash 1/3 c. olive oil 2 pats butter EGG WASH: 1 beaten egg mixed with sm. amount of milk or water Remove skin from around liver, pass liver through egg wash. Bread liver with cracker crumbs. Pan fry in olive oil and butter. Garnish and serve! Serves 6. |
