BUNNY COOKIES 
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Round cookie cutter
Optional: Sprinkles, cherries, raisins, coconut

With a large spoon, blend butter and sugar in a bowl, mix well. Stir in the flour and almond extract. Shape dough into small balls; then flatten them out to 1/4 inch thick.

To make bunny head: Use round cookie cutter. Cut out 2 circles. Cut 1 circle in half for ears and press them to top of head. Decorate with sprinkles, etc. Place cookies on greased cookie sheet and chill for 1/2 hour. Heat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
