CINNAMON SCENTERS 
6 tbsp. applesauce
9 2/3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
Extra cinnamon for rolling dough
Ribbons, craft glue, small dried flowers

In small bowl, combine applesauce, cinnamon and cloves. Stir until well blended, then work with hands until a smooth, clay-like substance. Generously "flour" rolling surface and rolling pin with cinnamon.

Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes; wreathes, teddy bears, hearts, dolls. Be sure to cut through the entire thickness of dough. With small skewer or toothpick, mark details and make hole for ribbon to hang.

Carefully lift shapes to cookie sheet. Heat oven to 120 degrees, place cookie sheet in oven after 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off. Leave cut outs in oven for 5 to 6 hours. Decorate.
