STRAWBERRY JELLO MOLD 
5 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. hot water
3 (1 lb.) carton frozen strawberries, completely thawed
1 lg. carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries and refrigerate until partially jelled. Place half of Jello mixture in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish, then a layer of sour cream and top with remaining Jello mixture. Refrigerate.
