FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt

Put in saucepan and bring to boiling point. In mixing bowl beat 1 egg white and 6 marshmallows as you pour the hot mixture over the egg white and marshmallows. Beat for 15 minutes.
