MEXICAN CHICKEN CHILI 
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Toppings

Mix all ingredients together. Microwave or bake or heat on stove until hot. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with your favorites: salsa, sour cream, green onions, black olives, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cheese, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
