RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 c. diced rhubarb
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter

Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly. Fill dish with 1/2 the crumb mixture. Put the rhubarb mix over the bottom. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
