3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy. Beat in water, egg and vanilla. Add combine dry ingredients; mix well. Cover. Chill 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten with tines of fork dipped in sugar. Bake 9-11 minutes.
